Yes I think it was a good "test"...it only goes to show that some people who are misinformed, create an atmosphere of double standards. It's like a culture that shuns or criticizes women who are promiscuous, pero ok lang pag lalaki ang promiscuous, and sometimes, hahangaan pa (i.e. Erap).

Some quick facts:

Edison - was not really a good inventor, but more like a very smart businessman. He did made some inventions of his own, and also bought off patents from other inventors likewise. Tesla - was and is still a famous physicist and electrical engineer. His many inventions include AC, without it high power lines would reach maybe 1 feet in diameter or more. This is due to skin effect of AC current, while DC current only travels in the insides of the conductor. Also , i think he was the first to come up with the idea of resonance. With this simple idea a tank circuit can be made, which is an integral part of a transmitter. Gugliemo Marconi used to attend one of his lectures before attempting to make the first wireless transmission. Tesla's dreams of transmitting free energy throughout the entire world was not realized since JP Morgan could not find a way to charge it to consumers. There are many controversies surrounding this humble man from Smiljan, Croatia.

SS FACTS:

The SS started as bodyguards for Hitler everytime he made those long speeches. Most of them were former members of the freikorps and was a separate group from the SA. Soon the SS and SA would go at odds with each other and the SA would be non existent after the death of the leader, Ernst Rohm.

At first the SS was very selective in choosing recruits. Heinrich Himmler wanted to make the perfect aryan sort of army. The bloodlines of applicants had to be verified up to the 3rd generation. Any small inkling of non-aryan blood, if not jewish blood would automatically disqualify applicants. But this trend would not be the same for long. As soon as the war was not going in their favor, many SS divisions were formed which consisted of Russians, some indians, and some italians.

The SS applicant would have to be at least 5'10 in height, since this was Himmler's Height. Even teeth had to be examined to see if there were any problems whatsoever. And also, during that time up until to this day, German Medicine is still at its best.

The SS were also an elite group, most of them were professionals. Some were lawyers, doctors, engineers. To become an SS is not only to become an elite soldier, but to belong to a new religion - something closely similar to ostara(I forgot the specific name). This religion is somewhat like witchcraft wherein the elements are part of their ritual of worship. SS members were also given SS daggers to be bestowed upon them by the reichsfuhrer himself(Heinrich Himmler, and many others).

Some SS Divisions:

Totenkopf - death's head division, one of the most ruthless of them all. Their atrocities also parallel that of some of stalin's army
Das Reich - one of the largest and most effective divisions, this division also has some tiger tanks.
Germania - another large division, also has some tiger tanks.

If a division does well in battle, the fuhrer usually gives them awards like knights cross, or in some instances a couple of tiger tanks.
