Notice how the lack of aircraft carriers in the European war wasn't a factor, even though air power was a must during those times? Why? Simple--America didn't need an Aircraft Carrier, it already had a gigantic, unsinkable one...England. Hihihihi So yes, to answer your question, they would have a hard time trying to launch a direct assault on Fortress Europa--it's simply too far.

Not necessarily--a LOT of factors were at play. First and foremost ang timing--it was winter when they attacked--terrible time to do battle and the Wehrmacht forces were not properly dressed for the occassion (coats were not blizzard-ready). Second is the over-extended supply lines. Third is the improper use of the Tiger tank, and many more...so it doesn't necessarily mean nga if the Germans forces were "undivided" they'd march all the way to Sakhalin...so many other things to consider.

well of course a winter attack is surely out of the question..unless if hitler will commit that military blunder..pero if you were given a go ahead how would you attack russia with existing german weapons and assuming that naa na ang british in german hands..and kindly illustrate the proper use of the tiger tank..and perhaps you could also propose a solution sa battle of kursk to have the tide turn against the russians..if you don't mind

Tigers have limited range...they used it as long range patrols (!?!) in snowy, muddy conditions...terrible tactics...one by one they could be knocked out by antitank guns/arty, because they were so heavy they kept getting stuck in the muck. The reason for the long rang patrols is because the crews liked it, it was a lot warmer driving the tank around than sitting beside it freezing your ass off lol Luoy kaayo German tank crews
