works fine with stock heatsink/fan

You can perhaps supply some blowholes to sustain the temp.Originally Posted by Visual C#

hardware monitor says 49 degs with no blowholes after full load (about 5 seconds after i played raven shield for 2 hours) is that good?

then supply plenty of coolers.. hehehe..
49 degrees is too hot! i play at 41.5degrees 4 hours straight. sometimes i pause then go to sm then come back no error or whatsoever
intel na gud na
hehehehe
OT : How about we refrigerate the entire thing? Hhehehehe

don't even bother monitoring your temps unless your fan is not running... my computer runs @ 55-57C during afternoons and it's at full load all the time coz of D2OL... my point is, temperatures doesn't matter much... just test for stability and you'll be fine... unless of course if it scares the hell out of you
and don't think that Intel processors are cooler than AMD's... the reason why you're seeing a much cooler processor from Intel is because its heatsink is at least 60% bigger than AMD's and because of its CPU thermal throttle... use the same size heatsinks and disable thermal throttle and you'll see that both processors are almost identical thermally...![]()
BeoR is right gyud...
