ako bro, i have already changed a lot of $'s in those banks for almost a decade already...i have no problems with it.

ang mas dako nga blema namong mga exporter & OFW remittance receivers bro is ang exchange rate that rapidly strengthened from 50 to 41, dili ang moneychanger.
I don't blame the money changer..... As I said ang pinaka best exchange rate is in Fuente Osmena...

Worst is banks, Gaisano metro, SM,

as far as banks are concerned, it is not the rule to give the lowest exchange rates...gina-monitor na cla bro sa Central Bank...banks don't necessarily give u the lowest exchange rate. i've tried PNB & BPI once in awhile and sometimes they give higher rates as compared to any Ayala moneychangers.

kana sab ganing Western Union, if u happen to receive $ from them, taas cla ug exchange rate compared to other moneychangers.

    alkanse cla?

naay moy mga contact number sa mga money exchangers pero tawag nalang within the day before adtoon nako ila lugar?
so far usa ra akong matawag.tawagan kanang sa dpc sa globe> sa lapulapu ra jud.

    +1 on this.

Kinsay naay numbers for over the counter money changers? it may be in fuente, within a mall or any department as long as di lang seedy/delikado ang lugar kay pait nasad basing mailad/holdup ta. Aron manawag lang ta daan nya highest offer wins hehehe

ang bangko gamay rajud kaayo ug rates, even the tellers will tell me that. Ok ra kung less than $500 pero kung mo abot ug $1k+, even a 30 centavo difference is really huge. but its not huge enough to deal with black marketeers o way klaro nga establishments, basin naa palay palpak/tulis yabo ang ginagmay nga ginansya nimo.
