    ako wala ko na excite nga i-scrap ning EO 464... kay on the first place gibasura na man ni sa SC. All i can see with this junking of EO 464, ang pagka way klaro sa admin.

    hinoon karon dili na sila ka himo og excuse using this directive which has been scrap by SC way before.

    That is what the critics of the President wanted all along - the scrapping of Executive Order 464. If the critics say that that is the hindrance to the speaking up of Romulo Neri, then they should be happy it has been scrapped. However, the doctrine of executive privilege is still embodied in our Constitution and is a well-known doctrine in all governments in the world.

    Expose’s are very easy to make, just ask for a privilege speech and then anyone can deliver it especially our Senators. However these are mere allegations, there are no evidence presented. The proper court is the proper venue.
