every time i turn on my computer the monitor is changing the color when it looks like a blard
after an hour will steady in a normal mode. how can i fixed this problem?

it looks like you have a faulty flyback(Weak).Some are corrected by adjusting the Focus knob and some would not last
long by doing the latter.
