    what's wrong with that?

i have nothing against working in any field as long as it's not immoral. and i dont have any business questioning someone else's career choices.

no one is saying there is something immoral about it but certainly there is something wrong with brilliant, dynamic, bright, talented, and skilled people and A LOT at that being stuck in a stagnant industry. it adds to the brain drain, don't you think? that's the problem!

there are a lot of NGO's even the government promoting entrepreneurship through loans and seminars but are these bright people availing it? i'll tell you the answer, NO! the people availing it are the veteran mostly already established businessmen because most young people have the brains and imagination but honestly lacks the guts so they prefer to be employees and not MORE THAN THEY CAN BE if we have to take their degrees and credentials as basis.

Mao na'y gi-ingon, "if you are smart, why are you not rich?" Of course, this is another generalization.

I don't think the brain drain is a direct result of the job.

The person/s are responsible for keeping their minds (brains) sharp.

The job gets easy after a while (which ordinary job doesn't) but personally I don't believe I'm becoming stupid for staying in the call center.

Which industry is not stagnant? Anybody care to answer?
"JUST A WOMAN? Oh honey no!

I am awesome with a splash of bitch and a dash of wonderful.

@Lyt...entrepreneur man ka di ba. you know very well entrepreneurship is not about brains...it's a mindset. mindest is not the same as intelligence!

ka daghan uroy kog nahibaw-an nga undergrads o bugoy pag college nya successful entrepreneurs.

wala na sa diploma. naa na sa abilidad. you know that, dont you?

and berating people for not choosing entrepreneurship won't help. inspire them, do not berate them.

could you quote me on my berating these people? i was just stating a fact and letting them see the clearer picture. if medyo sakit, well i am sorry but i can't sugarcoat it for them because that is the hard line truth. becoming an entrepreneur is just one way but not the only way of becoming better in their fields.
