Sorry, OT: Sure magellan, now, I don't have any plans in buying some charcoal from you because although price is important for me, customer service is equally as important too.. which your store clearly doesn't have kay mamili man diay mo ug customer.

Anyway, you're entitled to your own opinion... if you think we were overpricing, then I can't do anything about it... all I know is, I know Arctech and we tried our best to give the best and the most reasonable prices and customer service we can give, even if we don't come out as the cheapest.
