    Diet? hmmm....have you guys heard about Master Cleanser? If you look forward on a diet, why not dot Master Cleanser instead?

    carefull lang mo sa inyong diet peepz.. daghan namatay bsta dli sakto ang nutrition madawat sa inyong body sa inyong diet.

    ako kasuway ko sa una paniwang jud. like in 7months i lost 5inches of my waistline. wat i did was

    1. jogging kog 30mins pagmata nako after ana
    2. for morning kay mu eat ko ug breakfast na sakto jud pero dili daghan ug rice
    3. dili kaon ug in between meals
    4. cut of rice jud kng mahimo dili mag rice kada kaon and akong alternative sa rice kay saging
    5. mag gym ko pero ang akong i concentrate kay ang abs ug ang legs sa workout
    self discipline jud tapos always keep it in your mind not to eat daghan jud


    exercise with rice cut off ang ako solution adto and it worked

    I agree with you Denise, that has been my regimen since i start working out 12 years ago...

    less rice and no soda!
