i agreed with you that PCQB has a bad customer service.. dey need to satisfy customers but one thing is for sure every computer shop here in cebu has a customer complaining towards the shop. its just happend that this forum is run by people that knows about one side or has favorite comp shop in mind.. like the likes of arctech n insotec.. on the good note PCQB was the first DIY shop that is accessible to all classes of people.. they have brought computer part that r very hard to find into the market... I guess after hearing all the comments that people r saying about PCQB, their management would take action..

This forum is run by people who do not appreciate duplicate accounts for the purposes of arguing your own ends. You are banned.

People have different opinions and experiences. That doesn't prevent anyone from displaying common courtesy. If you have to create multiple accounts to argue your issue, there is something wrong.

There is not one single mod who has moderated anyone in this thread because of their opinion. Blantant multiple accounts is actionable however, and now accounts will have to banned. Implying that we moderate because we like certain stores is false. Any business arrangements iSTORYA has with anyone else is purely that, business. They can get moderated at any time. It just so happens that it is one's interest to follow common ettiquite and istorya rules when they have a vested interest in iSTORYA.

I think everyone should get back to the topic now. I think we should be discussing more on the function and service provision of the store and not more on the price. Or everyone should just move to the topic-friendly thread "which is the best computer store"

hopefully they will, i for one have bought a lot of basic parts from them already (monitor,hard drives,speakers etc) because usually they have cheaper prices compared to the other shops @ sm, aside from easily accessible ang area. pero dli gyud ko kontento sa ilang customer service. like for example, kung wala jud ko nagsulti na paliton dayon nako ang lcd monitor murag dli gyud cguro ko nila i-entertain ato. i guess we more or less have the same experience with them out here

nipalit ko ug casing before and monitors, lumping pa gyud ang casing kay wala diay gi check... basta gibutang nalang sa carton...
i called up the chinita manager, mao pay nasuko kay ngano wala daw nako gi check...
