para simple bro go to www.portforward.com then post dire unsa naka butang na public IP address nimo didto.

which means, any IP ADDRESS FROM xxx.xxx.xxx.1 - xxx.xxx.xxx.255 will be BANNED.

wala ka ma ban bro, sobra lang siguro mo kadaghan users under 222.127.228.8 na proxy, wait lang kung fully restored na ang Globe Broadband... or you can try to reboot your modem until makawala ka sa PROXY.

are you sure about that? you can't know MAC addresses from across the Net using IPv4
and even if it shows, that's just the MAC from the last router used before connecting to the server.
TCP/IP uses the OSI-Layer 6, while MAC uses OSI-Layer 7
