As commented by blade that Good Costumer Service is just an extra/bonus, sakto ba gud ni,,,dili ba mas maayo unya nga e mandatory ng Good Costumer Service bisan pa gani sa higayon nga cheaper ang price?

Another motto form you is that "Enthusiast Poducts Equals Higher Price" maka palit man lagi ng uban ug products in both enthusiast and non enthsiast products sa uban na store with cheaper price. No Good Service doesn't come at a high price. All the prices before were justified, sige I will explain a little.
For a supplier in Manila. If I get an "X" item from them which costs around 2500 pesos, lets say motherboard. Shipping to Cebu is shouldered by us, so thats mga 500 pesos coorect? then add lang tag lets say 10% (for the sake of argument) so mugawas P3,250. Atleast you have an idea of how the price is computed.

Now what if naay mag pa repair or pa warranty?
No the store can either go 3 ways for warranty: Charge the customer every time iyang ipa warranty sa freight to send it back which seldom is appreciated by customers. i like insotec, pwede ra mag order og item via phone and dli ra sila mangayo og downpayment. unlike sa pcx na perte ka hassle kung magpa order pa ka..ok hinoon sila if on-hand ang items. admit pud nuon ko medyo mahal ang price sa insotec when it comes to mainstream parts..so dli advisable didto ka mupalit og baratohon na items kay mas barato sa uban. but nobody is forcing you to buy from there, mas makasapot nuon nang naa kay ganahan na paliton na item sa usa ka shop tungod kay barato pero dli ka ganahan mudayon kay dli ka ganahan sa customer service.

worst is PCQB - have issue w/ my LCD monitor, the display has one dot. they said it's just ok and they will not replace the item. normal ra kno na nga naay dot... but nangulit ko nila og nisumpaki jud ko sa ilang gisulte. i said to them that i will raise the issue jud and then gipaatubang kos manager nga girl then eventually she agreed replacement.. na hadlok...waaaaaaaa
