ang price sa pcx kai g patungan man na ug 3% para sa mga mo bayad ug card...
mao if mo bayad ka ug cash less 3%, mao maka ingon ka nga naa discount pero in fact wala...
ang pcqb wala man patong nga 3% kai dili man sila mo dawat ug card, mao wala na discount if cash bayad...

bisan gi patungan og 3% mas barato gi hapon ang PCX total quote sa PCQB 16,200 ang PCX 15,800 ra ako na bayran.
Daog ghapon ang PCX bisan kng mo barato na ang PCQB dyun bati ghapon customer service gamay ra ghapon mo palit dha.

Here we go again Which items were overpriced? 3 posts just to post this? Hmmmmmm.

Anyway, There is always a premium for quality service. I admit we weren't the cheapest, but certainly, prices were justified and not overpriced, please be more specific on which items you think were overpriced?

while i agree Arctech didn't have the cheapest prices, that shop was among the few shops here in Cebu that was able to provide the more "exotic", hard-to-find-locally parts enthusiasts were after. those parts didn't come cheap, and they had to pay for shipping. that might explain why they commanded higher prices. imho, their giving good customer service had nothing to do with their higher prices.

now for Asia Pacific Computers (APC), I also don't agree their prices are overpriced. If you compare their price list with PC Express, you'll find that the differences are almost negligible. For some items, they might have higher prices but for some, lower. I've purchased items from APC even though I know some stores have them a little cheaper. But come to think of it, APC delivered all items i've purchased right at our doorstep. The ~php150 price difference between the other shop was well worth it because it saved me the trouble of going to their shop.

There's more to just prices that make a computer shop worth purchasing from... but if you find a shop with cheap prices _and_ excellent customer service, well, let us know c",) c",)

@godsaint - dude CDRKING is not a computer store... and daghan kaayo sila tindera, the thing is daghan lang gyud kaayo ila customer. 1-100 na ang numbers nila, and 2 na ka set. ma hurot gud. think about. unsa na ka daghan. and thats from 10AM to 12 noon only.

mao lang gyapon na bro..Almost all the accesories nga nabaligya nila pang computers gyapon.Mao bitaw makaingon ta nga bati ang serbisyo kay kabalo na gyud sila nga daghan ilang kostumers kada adlaw wla gyud sila mangita ways kung paano mapaspas ang pag attend sa kustomers.Dili lang man tingali ang pag entertain sa kustomer ang angay basehan sa isa ka good service store.Sakto gyud dapat familiar ang tindera sa iyang product para dili malangay.

@tamtam, kasabot man mi sa trabahante mao gani wa lang mi nag samok2x, ng tanw2x lang ko sa ako g pangta pero at least d sad hambugero. kung makasala at least mo mu sorry. Kapila na ko ni sud dnha wala tagdi pero kung naa naka uniform or formal tanawn nindot ang service, abi kay simple ra kayo tag sinuluban lutson2x ra ta dnha!
