I was using my laptop.When Im finished I turned it off,it says turning off but still it did not turn off.What will be the best thing to do?Thnks

find the reset button at the back of ur lappy... or do long press until its off...

or maybe something is wrong with ur apps...

unsa man naa sa screen? black? or windows is shutting down (nya ni freeze)?

unsa imong OS? if ur using win98, may shutdown supplement ka na madownload sa microsoft website. dunno sa xp kun naa ba pud. magbalik-balik ba na nga problema? or kausa lang nahitabo?

windows xp bro.Windows is shutting down lang nakabutang.Unya maka notice ko nga init kaau ang laptop.
