    i think it depends on the graphics card.

    cards have supported resolutions. you can even set a custom resolution. Better check the features of the card.

    yup a single link DVI can run 1920 X 1200. as long as you follow the specs like cable length.
    although my experience has been mostly working with 720p

    I think it can be done.

    imho, DVI and HDMI are just interfaces. main difference between the 2 is that HDMI carries audio as well. i'm curious as to why will HDMI replace DVI?

    sakto si blade... DVI and HDMI are the same... except for the audio...

    I dont think the DVI connector will go away from the PC anytime soon.

    akong sabot kay DVI is standard for PC and HDMI is standard for Home Theatre Use. (like DVI + Audio and Copy Protection.. sakto ba?)


    Display port hinuon will benefit mga 30" LCD monitors kay dili na kailangan mag Dual link DVI.

    DVI will be replaced.

    display port and hdmi will be left to fight it out.....

    I'm looking ahead.

    that is why in the coming years it will be hdmi or display port. so just prepare.

    for the PC.... it will be display port....

    Also check the version of your DVI cable, has to be the latest, 1.3. And can you check if the problems exist because of having two monitors on them? In clone or extended desktop mode?
