i was able to speak to their rep i think sunday to kay ako concern, di gani ma detect sa ako Pc ang broadband router. ingon ang rep na naa daw naputol nila na linya sa leyte. ingon ko na kabalo ko kay ako na nadunggan sa prompt. ang akoa lang, mabaylo-an ang router. pagka monday kay naay nianha sa balay na tech to replace my router. na detect na dayon inig ilis ug lain na router so guba jud ting router na ako gigamit. which ako na nasayran in the first place. then mao pod ingon sa tech na naay naputol sa leyte. naa may internet connection but intermittent. so in times na down ila internet, manawag jud dayon kog customer service aron pa minusan ang ako bill. naa man pod nuon makit-an na adjustment. but ako lang patiwason ako contract sa globe ug tungod pod kay nanginhanglan pako sa landline then switch nakog smart bro.

ok na bya nag mga signal diri sa smartbro, kaso kong daghan mo mo balhin diri mag traffic nasad ta diri.. hulata nalagn na ninyo nga ma fix.. ayaw lang mo pagdali kay ge trabaho na lagi na nila.. ahehehhehheheh

i went thru this whole thread, correct me if I'm wrong but none of all who posted here lost their landline connection. I only noticed cellphone and internet connection being out.
Well, my problem may be different but surely is just as inconvenient.
I've been living without a dial-tone on my landline and it has been like this for almost two weeks. Anybody here who's having the same problem?
Globeline's service procedure sucks. Their CS's can't even create a work order when in fact they should be the one doing it since they're the people that customers talked to.

hey harry_lp7 i lost my dial tone for 1 day lang but have gotten used to this from globe because, it happens often, i know its globe's problem because even the globe payphone near our house is out sad.

the reason why i've manage to connect to the net right now is through tunnel to a friend's linux server.
They have a fiber-cut from globe.
