Haler pero murag ang situation ni Prince kay wala naman jud to'y customer service. Wala man kaha ka mang hagis Prince? hahahahaha
Ako sa una kay dile ra jud ko mo reklamo kung alkanse ko pero karon dile nako mahadlok basta naa lang pud sa lugar.

naka vent ko dre sa istorya enough na. Now in terms of customer service, dali ra man ko ka storya, basta tarungon lang, Be transparent, set expectations right, solve nako (same with most customers). Kasabot ko na trabaho sad na nila. Basta, when all is said and done, My message got across. Thanks Istorya
