so far in my experienced... NGEnius sa SM ok man never tried other branch
pero sa pcquickbuys--- ok kaau service nila diha... palit ko mboard,ram,proc,ug casing after 3weeks naguba ang ram- aw ilis dayon nila after checking walay daghang istorya
in general, customer service in the philippines sucks! compare to first world countries. coming from SF,Cali i know this first hand.
just been there in Ngenius Sm branch now claiming my 48-port switch /w gig uplink ports. i asked good friend of mine there if she knew this discussion about, and really they read this already. now she seems scared to join a forum already, hehehe. though they felt sad about it nga their branch has no good feedbacks but thats normal in business to grow. its a good basis to improve.
di sila dapat mahadlok. If they're doing the job right wala sla dapat i kahadlok. The customers, not just istorya.net is a great barometer on how your business is doing.
Yah right..Feedback is very important to know how your business is doing..
If you got a negative feedback, that means you have not done a good service.
So why not make ways to improvize your service, rather than making excuses..
