well, so far i really had great customer experience from them.. i hope it will last long..

Customer service in the Philippines mapili lang, usually dali lang ma atiman if you are a known customer. I have encountered several times na during a defective item is returned, the store always says that "sir/mam you can pick this item within ..... next week or 3 weeks later" and if maabot na ang time its either wala pa or extended period pa nimo makuha. and if mag inquire ka naa pay tindero mag mug-ot ang nawong labi na if you look na walay ika palit. naa pud uban walay kalibutan unsay features sa ila baligya.

Pero sa US, satisfaction guaranteed ka always sa imo mapalit. If you find it defective its either you are refunded with your money or you can exchange the same item ASAP. And after using it a few days, and you find it that it doesn't satisfy your needs you can return it for a refund and no questions asked.

Maayo pud unta maparehas ta sa ila noh?

before i work for sales acct sa isa ka kol center.. abusado ug mga arrogant sab ni mga kano.. so absurd iuli ra nila ang ila gi purchased w/o any valid reason at all, just becoz nakalimot lang sya na di d i nya kinahanglan.. huh. ahak kau oi hehe.. and if colored people ka didto sa US gudluck if u will be treated same as caucasians.. BTW wer talking bout Philippines here and customer service is just a bonus..

kasuway pud diay ko buy ug speakers sa ngenius ayala last year. ga mug-ot jud tong girl sa counter, murag dile siya ganahan mo palit ko!
