if your 3.3V rail drops that low, your system is not suppose to work. The 3.3V is used by the board to supply the ICs. The processor also use this line.

Verify those values using a voltmeter. Your monitoring system might not be working correctly.

are you sure na reliable na imo hardware monitoring software? kay naa ra ba uban monitoring software na sayop ang ireport kay naay gamay incompatibility sa mobo temperature monitoring chips.

Try using everest ultimat edition, speedfan, mbm5 check if all 3 monitors report the same readings above.

try using your BIOS... naa man na hardware monitoring.. Temperature and Voltage monitor..

your mb should have an included monitoring software. Why not use it instead of 3rd party software. It would save you a lot of headache trying to figure out where could be the problem.
