we have the same situation dude, but I'm probably on the deep end since I'm pretty overweight... I eat a lot mn gud... A friend at the gym told me that instead of eating three times a day, he eats 6x a day!!! i don't know his actual sched on doing this but he says he eats one sandwich (wheat bread + scrambled egg white + tuna) every 2-3 hours.... he says it's better than trying to eat less or controlling appetite..
Recently I used this "style" in my quest to lose some weight, and avoid eating rice... well, after just one week of doing it, I don't crave rice anymore... I don't even have an appetite for a big meal... (except on parties... hehehe)
