I think RAM is not a factor here since the process is between

POWER SUPPLY--->MOBO ----> PROC (NO POST/NO POWER)

Can you tell me, what the relation of not displaying on the monitor?

Even if there are no hardwares attached on the system unit still display but until POST only.

in your case bro, dad-a nalang na sa computer repair shop or sa greenvalley or sa pcie para malikayan ug samot kaguba...

remove the cmos batt then turn on ang pc w/o batt, then shut it off and reinsert back the batt.

but you didn't try putting new thermal paste jud noh?

what if RESET PIN sa proc ang problem? Iya symptom kay mo ON pero walay display ug beep. Cant be solved by resetting the CMOS battery.

do you have your manual sa motherboard? try lang pangita online sa manual para sakto imu pin configuration bro..
