that was actually a good result for the phenom compared to the x2 6400... considering the clock speed of the two processors compared. but it only indicates, that x4 phenom's performance is not record breaking...

Well, we can't do anything, but wait for the prices, they would either make or break phenom.

I think marketing ra ni sa AMD. Currently Phenoms are still at the 200mhz FSB cap, The only way they can beat intel is when AMD launches a processor that has a native fsb of 266 to 333mhz like the Intels.

As what most pc experts say that its always faster to get a higher FSB rather than higher mutipliers. And that what simply is beating up AMD.
Well wait till AMD releases a processor which equals to Intels 333mhz native FSB.

Its all marketing and business folks there is no technology involved here.
