    How often do you go to the gym? Let's discuss what other exercises you do and what you eat after your workouts.

    I m always doing simple workouts in my routine life. I also concentrated on my food diet very strictly. Right now, I take only protein rich, fiber rich food item. I also avoiding calorie rich food items. Every day drinking 3 to 3.5 liters of water.

    Oh, I try to hit the gym about three times a week to stay active and healthy. It's been a great routine for me. By the way, if you're into fitness too, have you ever considered adding a Calcium Magnesium Supplement to your routine? I've found it really helps with muscle recovery and overall bone health, especially when you're pushing yourself at the gym. Just a little tip to keep things in top shape!

    dpende sa work schedule. If ang work kay regular office hours its good 3 times aweek. Dn alternate ang walking. For foods, if intense jud with rice gamay and more meat(Ex. Whole legs chicken) then vegetables(Cucumber, lettuce)
