Well, as i know yes, they are still activating, however people are not really pleased with their services. I mean, they get the cars damaged really often, and even their rating on google is really low, on 2 stars out of 5, that ain not a good one. I never used their services, my brother has lived in Cebu a couple of years ago, and he had to use their services once, and he got his car scratched, not good at all. Now he is living in Dublin, and he even works for a towing company in there. As i understood, this is their agency https://expresstowing.ie/, and the reviews look to be really nice.
