unsa manang isdaa oi nga magpakasal man ka sa tao nga wa nimu higugmaa?! basin wapa ka kasla anang tawhana nga ni propose nimu mag annul nasad mo bwahahaha...btaw noh akong cousin nagpa process karon ug annulment ang pinaka minus jud daw as of now is 60k pero wako kabaw kung pila pa na ka tuig mahuman kai kanang iyang abogado nga gigamit ron wako masweto. Naa man to Judge sa Badian kung wapa to nasakpan 6 mos gawas dayun ang resulta sa annulment nga imung gi file....hehehe

Hello,

My friend needs help with her annulment. She's been mistreated by her ex-husband physically, mentally, and emotionally, even when they are not living together anymore. She wants to seek annulment, but she doesn't really have huge funds for it. Can someone advise me the following?

1. How much is the cheapest annulment?
2. How do you get an annulment?
3. Can someone recommend us a good lawyer (better unta if probono) for the annulment case?

I am welcome to suggestions, but please no advertising of your services here. I just need names and addresses of offices and we'll be the one to contact.

For the cheapest annulment or unconested divorce you could file it online. When I lived in California, I looked for do it yourself divorce packet, it was cheaper than regular lawyer's service, you may try it too. Hope it works for you as well
