sakto na. that's because, in AU, every employee is protected by a Fair Work Agreement. mga employers nila dili na basta2x makataktak nimo sa work unless they have a valid reason like nagpabadlong jud ka sa sud, or nagretrench bah ron ang company.. employees can even sue an employer if they are not fairly treated.

mas baratuh pa gyud kung ikaw ra ang ga process kaysa mag agency pa. just need to be sure bitaw that you read the whole details. they can be very an l about it. =)

if qualified ka boss yes mo sponsor sila depende sa company pud. i was interviewed and offered by an australia-based company last year.
