Mangayo lang unta ko ug suggestion,opinions, advised regarding sa akong sitwasyon.

working student ko for four years s, I have a full time job isip IT Administrator at the same time nag eskwela ko ug BS Computer Science usa ka private school sa mandaue.

ang akong problema karon aduna koy Incomplete grade sa akong Minor nga subject first semester(June to October) sa school year 2017-2018

Reason : why na incomplete ko kay I failed to took the online exam for this minor subject. due to work schedule
wala lang pud sila nag informed ahead nga naa nay online exam, adto ra mi naka hibaw naay online exam sa pag start na sa klase. but infairness out of 3 sa akong mga online exams ang duha akong napasar ang kini rang usa ang wala.

last January 2018 I made a follow up for me to retake the online exam para ma settle na nako ang issues regarding sa online exam then ang ingon sa in-charge , wala pay response ang sa head office mag paabot2 nalang daw.

nag sige ko'g follow up sa ani nga concerned, hasta sa february then the same gihapon wala pay reply.

since January nag expect ko nga ma settle ang issues og maka retake.

until month of March last week last follow up nako then they told me wala jud reply. so I was worried kay ang mga subject/s akong g take for this semester(Last semester sa school year sa 2017-201 3 ra kabuok. luag ra sa akong bahin.

I went to School Director / Dean to raise this concerns.

they told me they can't do anything about the online exam since ang head office nila / main branch ang nag handle sila ray maka pa open.

I told him nag expect ko ma settle akong concern. kay ang ingon sa in-charge nag buhat na sila ug request so dakog chance ma settle pa jud.

kay in the first place nag advised sila nga dle na ma resolve, ako na unta gi re-enroll ang akong incomplete grades sa second semester for this school year.

then mao ni ang reason nga dle ko maka graduate for this school year.
kompyansa ra sad ko abi lang sad nako nga dle ra ingon ana ka seryoso ang online exam nila.

kay ang grades computation is 60% gikan sa online exam then 40% sa lecture.

Online exam Pros:

• You can take the exam anywhere as long you have computer with internet connection
• instead twice a week ka mo adto sa school, once a week nalang(pero dili tanan subject/s naay online exam)
• Instructor once a week na sad mag tudlo

Online exam Cons:

• Additional bayranan sa eskwelahan per exam
• ikaw ray mag research /although based on my experienced I just found it out nga naa ray mga answer keys you can find sa internet (murag gihungit na sa estudyante) pero late na nako nahibaw an

My questions are:

1. naa ba'y laing eskwelahan nga naa say mga online exam? I asked some of my friends who studied in other universities pero ilang ingon wala daw.
2. is there any formal letter nga pwede nako magamit ug mag send sa dean/school director? para makahatag ug reconsideration, because I've been practicing already ang akong gi eskwelahan ever since first year college.
3. naa moy mga suggestion / advised basin pa d i ma resolve akong concerns
