company A was change name to company B.

1) are they still entitled for separation pay from company A
2) what if they don't want to sign, what are their options?
Note: most of employees had 10 years in service and Only the name was change, office and ownership and etc. stays thesame.
and company decides to absorb us and retain our tenure.
