    Question Transfer from Company A to Company B


    Hi All,

    Need lang ko advise.
    Doubtful pa kaayo ko gud..

    Nagtrabaho ko sa Company A for almost 5years, then suddenly we are advise to transfer to Company B.
    Mahulog ra na ang Company A and B are sister companies. Ang nakasulat sa amo contract, is continuos ra daw ang among number of service ug benefits na nakuha sa Company A. Ang Company B diay kay bag.o pa jud natukod (newly constructed). Dili ba diay mi mabayaran ani sa among service sa Company A? Since continue ra among number of years of service sa Company A to B? So bale gi.absorb ra mi sa Company B? Wala man pud na bankrupt ang Company A. Gitagaan lang mi ug new Contract na sa Company B na mi. So we need to fill up new forms (govt) using the Company B na..

    Stated in the contract is..
    * That the Company B recognized the hiring date on (date hired of Company A) from Company A.

    Please ko advise sa naay idea..

    no need man guro mog compensation since continue raman inyong length of service, unless gepa force resign mo nya apply sa Company B (balik uno ang length of service).

    ako maguwang, ingon ani sa una.. Piltel siya trabaho pero dissolve gyud ang Piltel then absorb sila diretso sa Smart Telco.

    Usually buhaton ni sa company para makalikay sa tax

    as stated above murag no need bayran mo kay padayon man inyo length of service ug wa mo giforce paresign/pahawa.

    Ok ra man na as long as naa pa mo work. Usually ang bayaran kay katong gipapahawa nya nawad.an ug work.

    basta naa lang sa kontrata nga mao gihapon imong makuha sa co.A nya gi enumerate kung unsa aron klaro jud.

    nya naay nakabutang nga mao gihapon or above ang sweldo, naay annual increment, 13th or nth month pay, same allowances, etc...daug na na.

    what do you mean government forms?.... nga ni transfer rman mo.... transfer of contract tingali from company A to B....
