Ive been having issues with my dsl keeps on disconnecting intermittently. Pldt already sent two technicians still my issue is unresolved. The last technician said that perhaps my router is at fault. I’ve checked and its the modem that keeps on getting disconnected not the router. My line is good they say since my snr are good. Any thoughts?

This is a conventional copper line cuz they're talking about snr. Maybe wala ni nila na gets jud ang problem, most of the time troubleshooting with tel lines requires trial and error. If they are sure that the lines are fine, they should have changed the port. Try to talk to your tech about this matter. Report na pud ka balik.

PLDT way ayo... Gipasagdan raming mga karaan na subscribers. Cge pangita og new subcribers pero ilang serbisyo way uminto. Moingon na kaya kuno ang 6MBPS pero ang mahatag 3 MBPS ra diay. Purya gaba sakto ta sa bayad pero ilang serbisyo kulang kaayo.
Nag cge lang padako sa ilang bulsa murag bitok cge og supsup sa mga tao.

I agree with you.. Propits is important to them than service.

That's why we really need competitors for these bull crap doupoly telcos. If ever not only 3rd but a 4th telco player.

No dialtone sa phone, and no internet Since Sunday morning around 8 A.M up to now (Sunday 11 PM).
Naay na happen or any maintenance?

Kung daghan mo ani walay dial tone, posible naa na sad gikawat cable or naputol. Kung ikaw lang affected, naa ra na sa imong service line.

Well the last and the 4th technician finally fixed the issue. There was indeed a loose connection on the junction box. We keep on telling the previous technicians and they keep on saying it doesn’t matter.

That's their common feedback when asked what was the cause, anyway atleast your line is already working fine na.

So most likely, di jud ka matauran ug internet if dili ka mag "under the table deal" whether fibr or dsl. HInaot nlang unta ba nga mka-timing sila ug customer nila nga nka-hidden cam nya ipa-viral dayun para matagam. hahaha Sa process plang daan sa pag-apply sa PLDT, bati na kaau ang service...purya-gaba...paasa kaayo. Gi unsa sir? Through normal means or naa najud kay gi buhat pang paspas sa installation? kay di man jud mi anhion oi, kapila na mi gi ingnan nga mu anhi ani nga petsa pero wa gihapon. Also, if naa kay gi contact para paspas, pwede ko mangayo sa number ana niya? Thanks in advance.
