PLDT way ayo... Gipasagdan raming mga karaan na subscribers. Cge pangita og new subcribers pero ilang serbisyo way uminto. Moingon na kaya kuno ang 6MBPS pero ang mahatag 3 MBPS ra diay. Purya gaba sakto ta sa bayad pero ilang serbisyo kulang kaayo.
Nag cge lang padako sa ilang bulsa murag bitok cge og supsup sa mga tao.

pldt fibr has a problem lately. my internet slows down every 9pm til 2am. Murag naa schedule mo down ila speed. got a constant result close to 100mbps download and upload speed, at 9pm it comes down to 3mbps to 6mbps. Requested for a router change coz I thought naa problem sa ako router. They got me a new one though without problems but the connection is still the same. Called PLDT support, wala man daw problem gi advice nila.

Kinsai nakahibaw how far ka dapat from a Fibr box for a line installation? I recently applied after ko nakakita ug mga Fibr boxes atbang sa amo but the thing is medyo sudlunon amoa. Disappointed ko sa SkyCable kay ni apply sad ko: ang ila ingon sa ako 250 meters daw gikan sa box matauran pero pag adtos lineman sa amo gi ingna man dayon ko nga di daw mada kay layo ras poste. Imposible kaau kay gikan kalsada padung sa amo house, 75 meters ra man gani. So either ga tinapulan to ang pahong or nangayo to ug pandangog. I'm hoping matauran ko sa PLDT kay naai 4 Fibr boxes within a 200 meter radius sa among area.

Nidagan pag 4 ka adlaw ang pag-ilis sa.... ROUTER!!! Kasimple ra gyud unta. Sigehan nakog balik balik reklamo sa 177. Unya igo ra gitauran ug laing router, nibalik among net... within 2 minutes!

Kung nakasulod pa lang unta tong ZTE sa una, impas ning PLDT.

Mao ba? That's more than what the customer service rep sa ilang A.S. Fortuna branch told me. Anything above 6 spans from the box daw, automatic review for approval pa.

For everyone's information, 1 span = 50 meters. According to their service rep, 5-6 spans (250-300 meters) is the max. If sobra na, I guess you can either go through the proper channels or mag under the table sabot2x mo sa lineman.
