Pwede ba e connect akong TP-link wifi router to PLDT wifi router modem?

I just upgraded my internet connection
and kadawat kog wifi router modem sa pldt

ila ingon ilisan daw akong daan nga modem (lan only)
sa bag.o nga wifi router/modem.

i currently connect my TP-link wifi router to my pldt dsl modem para maka wifi ko..

pwde raba ni e connect akong pldt wifi router + tp link wifi router?

or will i have wifi connection issues?

please give me some advises beofre ako siya e set up

Yes, you can connect your tp-link wifi router to pldt wifi router.
palitan mo yong ip address ng tp-link, dapat hindi cla pareho ng pldt.
kung ang pldt ip add: 192.168.1.1 ang sa tp-link ay dapat 192.168.2.1.... this may solve your problem

Okay raman sya TS, specially if ang modem router kay naay LAN ports separated sa internet port... pictures daw beh!

and to avoid conflict, just make sure ang rj45 connected sa LAN port sa wifi modem router and the other side of the rj45 sa internet port sa imung wifi router.... that way duha imung SSID...

but thats hard ware wise only...


to avoid conflict get the IP address of the modem... if it's 192.168.1.xx you have to change the IP address of your wifi ROUTER into 192.168.2.xx or anything basta ang third dns (mao ba na na term sa thrid number? kalimut kos term kay its been 2 years since my tech support days) ang maglahi... and don't forget to change the SSID of the two wifi connections...

you will have advantage over having two SSID's you can control the bandwidth distrobution depende sa type or controls na ihatag sa modem router ug router...


I can;'t call myself a pro kay i did not study IT or anything, just experience ray ako. Pero networking and the internet is very broad, so daghan mabag-o.

yes pwde ra i connect and imo PLDT wifi router to tp link wifi router.

regarding sa wifi..although pwde up silang duha with different SSID pro dili kinahanglan.

regarding sa setup..kung gamiton jud nimo ang tp link.

pwde nimo i cascade sa pldt wfi router ang imo tp link wifi router..
pro same sa suggestion sa uban pwde ra wala ang tp router.you can use PLDT router..

bro pwedi ra jdu na siya, pero pwedi ra pud kana lang pldt imong gamiton, kay ga kalas lang ta sa korenti kay naa naman nay wirelless ilang bago nga router karon. so papahuwaya lang sa na imong tp-link.

PLDT ako ISP.. walai problema

Bro naa koi TP LINK router/modem sa balay publima ko sa setup labi najud sa username and password sa PPPoE. please advise.
