tricky because, it seems to shut down explosive clash of opinions. it is only asking whether one believes or not. it stops there.
sterile because, all fertile possibilities to delve deeper is minimized right at the outset. if this is chess, this is a one square pawn move in the opening.
in reality, Karma is only one face of the same coin. it should be, Karma AND Reincarnation. These two go hand in hand. the reason for Reincarnation is Karma, and Karma is there to be completed with Reincarnation
the thing is, the existence of Karma, and with that, Reincarnation, is not subject to belief. they exist whether you believe or not.
