knew alot of people inside the city hall too na iro ni Radaza...can't help it coz like what you said, mutunga rajud na sila inig suweldo unya regular pa ug suweldo...really hate it when our taxes go to people like those...i hope naa lang jud someone powerful, influencial and principle-driven nga mudagan for the leadership of our city...someone na strong enough to battle corruption, ill-driven politics, and even selfish politicians who have established their dark cloud in this city...problem is wala jud makacontra ni Radaza or sa iya mga kakosa....still hoping naa muabot na messiah to save our city from the dark cloud created by such selfish politicians....(here I am again with my idealism, neways, there's nothing wrong to hope)

i think lapu2 is an overpriced city.. dapat e investigate tanan puchases every local unit..sure ko over priced na tanan..

Furthermore, kanang si Radaza may kuyaw, willing to use forces sa iyang adversary. Being in power, he can do it but he is not rightful to do it.

Just look at what he did og sa iyang mga iro sa Marina Mall, that incident already caused a spark to the city, province and to the business community in Cebu. Maybe he followed what Osmena did to other businesses in Cebu city. However, what Osmena did was constitutional, while Radaza kay based sa iyang grudge og kahadlok sa iyang corrupt act.

for me, i suggest that people in lapu-lapu city should make a people power to overthrow the mayor. However, i find this suggestion to be remotely possible unless someone will make the initiation besides Pelaez.

dili lang kay lapu-lapu but most LGU's down to the barangay level are corrupt. malas lang sa lapu-lapu kay naay mipalag mao nang nabulabog....

According to the City of Lapu-lapu, Marina Mall of Pelaez don't have enough permits like the Bldg. Permit etc., Maybe its true because if they have those documents maybe they can present it to the City Hall to prove that their Bldg. has the necessary permits. Pelaez is also liable of his business by securing necessary documents to operate, as a businessman maybe he already know this. City of Lapu-lapu maybe also have some legal reasons that's why there doing the act. I'm sure if they don't have some legal reasons they can't easily do it. As a normal people we can only see what on the outside but if we go deeper on the issue maybe we can understand why the City government is doing it. Maka ingon sad ta na Pelaez also have some faults kay just by constructing a house we need to have a bldg. permits how much more this big building that rent some business establishment. Common to us filipinos that we give our support or sympathy to the people who are demolished or mura og makaluluoy tan awn ba like the demolition of squatters area but the government are just doing there job for the benefit of many people, of course you feel pity to those people but lets face the reality.
