For monitoring network and usage per user and bandwidth used try to create ppoe server then connect it to a radius server.

For Network Activity try to use Squid Proxy you can find it on PFsense.

sa office boss kay naa lang mi file server. Adto nila butang ilang mga files na “important”. The ang kato na drive is ako gina backup ug another storage pa gyud. Naka rsync mo run every 2AM.

Go to C:\Windows\Logs\CBS open CBS.log or DISM.log (on the other path) and do a search for KB
You should see a KB that has failed to install or is absent or anything.
Manually download that KB and install it and any others that are showing in the CBS.log file. Restart the computer and try and run WSUS or Windows Update again.
