Mao jd na akoang top priority boss Rigor. Pero sakit pd ang 30K+ (boot camp + certification). Nindot unta if ang first work kay related to networking aron pampa.boost ang CCNA if mangita lain work.

IMHO lang pod... if ang licensed ECE mag major / schooling ug IT (CISCO, etc...) maypa wala nalang ka nag 5 year course + PRC board license... These skills can be mastered by even 1-2 year computer courses.

In the long run, it is highly possible (kung IT skills lang ang saligan), you may be outrun by genius / highly skilled vocational graduates.

Anyway, what's important is that you do what you like... regardless of other comments / advices... Ako rapod ni point of view.

Sa karong panahona sweldo nay importante.
    una nmung buhaton

    1. Gain experience from local usa. If you want instrumentation, naa training centers diha sa mandaue Metrologyx.com. Diha ko ni take para Instru. About sa sweldo swerte2x ra sa company masudlan. Naay naka swerte og dako naa sad gamay..

    2. Take mga trainings para upgrade sa self. Kay ig busy na sa work or minyo naka lisod na pag sulod.

Naa jud koy plano mularga sa gawas but need usa kog lig.on na experience.

Para ninyo, unsa na klase sa company ang nindot for experience or kanang pang stepping stone na makaingon mo kusog jud abroad:

    Instrumentation or Semiconductor?

Both have job opportunities karon and nag.wait nalang ko sa schedule sa final interview.

Let's consider the experience first.

    Daghang salamat!

ECE ko by profession, something else by practice... to be honest, ako ng gika limtan akong pagka ECE, and just focus on what i have so far outside ECE profession...

i am now in IT Consulting and Project Management... PRC will not even honor my experiences/training/certification to gain CPE points so the heck with it and goodbye ECE license...
