Even dollars pa ila earnings but ila taxes dako, ila kaon dollars man sad, sige ra ka work didto mura nakag zombie. Lesson nga na learn nako sa iya okay diri sa pilipinas as long makakaon lang kag 2x-3x a day and makatulog kag tarung. Anyway ang primary purpose man jud sa pagwork kay para makakaon man jud.

3-5m. Owner is looking for a partner/investor to save the franchise. Net Daily is 40-60k on a low season. However, the franchise is not yet fully paid. The existing profit are hold by 7/11. The owner guarantees a return of ROI straight once the lacking money is paid because that's the only time the hold profits will be released.

Wayback 2013 i read this thread and mao ni nag inspire sa ako. I started from 20k cash on hand. 3 months walay work nag bayad ko sako bhauz plus ako daily expenses. Makabuang ang 20k ra igoon sa 3 months. But after 4 years 1 month and 1 day naa nakoy na pundar though para nako dili gihapon ko satisfied and happy. Guys age is just a number. i will quote this from john gokongwei " Success dont find you. You find Success. Its not the 3C's that will make u successful Chamba,Cutting corners and Connection. Its hardwork, integrity, passion and most important the BOLDNESS OF DREAM. I experienced before na naay time dili ko makakaon in 1 day mag inom rako water. Naa sad times na once or twice a day rako makakaon kay i need to budget my 100 pesos for food, transpo, load and etc.

Food for thought. Hardwork never kill you just need to work SMart. Its not luck that will make you successful its that we must always remember that the school of life is always open to opportunities and that if you werent learning you will be left behind further- Charlie Munger the Confidant of Warren Buffett and vice chairman of Berkshire Hathaway.

Ako mga dress 200-300 ra sa surplus sa sm. Ako mga shoes 1.5-1.9k ra mopalit rako if guba na jud. Be frugal -tipid jud all the time. Spend money after you save and invest.Remember dili ta mag work forever moabot ang time mohinay nata like cellphone and pc.

I have savings in a bank and in 2 cooperatives...i have my own piece of land after paying it for 5 years, already done paying my life insurance...and im planning to buy a piece of memorial at manila memorial...i have my sideline business which we only invested 4k with my business partner last january and its already 30k as of august...and im already in my early 30s...its not much but its a start

Technically, you just don't spend more than what you earn, avoid buying things that you don't need, i don't eat on expensive restaurants, i bring lunch at work, as much as possible try to walk to save fare (for exercise too)...overall account on my assets is already almost 800k but i think only 20% is liquid...most is intangible, i had to set it like this to make sure i won't spend the money

Tip: try saving 20 or 50 pesos a day place it in a piggy bank, after a month deposit it in bank...you'll be suprised by the end of 5 years...for the girls, stay away from market sale coz of instead of saving you'll end up buying more
