In ALL cases dili sila pwede musupak sa orders sa SOJ. Government-sanctioned means naay support from the higher ups ang offense. So siyempre sir dili jud mu allow ang SOJ na mu prosecute.

I respect that you dont like him sir because that is your perception of him. But understand lang pud na I make it a point to defend men like him. Just because LP siya doesnt mean evil na iya intentions. Sukad pa student siya kay pro-poor na kaayo tu siya.
