    Sorry, psychiatrist not psychologist. Grabe nga palpitations, difficulty in breathing, dizziness but ok ra ang labs except for arrhythmia mao nag take sad ko inderal.

    my mother has a VERY BAD panic attack. marami na kaming napuntahang doctor around manila pero ganun parin. finally we got a referral to doc winnie lim khoo from manila docotors hospital. magaling siya! she was able to treat my mom very well

    no, i think walai tambal for panic attacks or anxiety, or palpitations.
    what you need is lifestyle change, minimized coffee and alcohol, eat healthy diet, sleep well, exercise regularly,
    and most of all try magnesium+calcium supplements or just magnesium.
    I'm 100% sure you will notice certain changes in 2-3 months time.

    No, dili ni tambal or prescription drug, they are supplements. Try adto sa Healthy Options nga botique, SM or Ayala, and ask for their magnesium supplements or magnesium + Calcium.

    and I would add...

    try to make the body non-acidic. Sickness cannot thrive if your body is in an alkaline state.

    my panic attacks are controllable. yes, lifestyle change gyud kelangan.
