Slabadu (as fortuna) -- they have live band that plays 60s/70s music. food's great and affordable.

If they like to eat continental cuisine and have nice live music playing in the background, you can also try Chez Lucie... they would probably like the ambiance there... very relaxing
However if they are into appreciating a view of the city and dining al fresco while feasting on fresh seafoods (some from Bantayan), you can bring then to Saang... they have labtingaw and other delicious seafood there...

JAZZ'N BLUZZ BAR & RESTAURANT... this is in Mabolo... they might enjoy the live music, relaxing atmosphere and the food is okay too..
