Coz I had an experience before na gi term ko kay naka absent lang ko on a critical working day but naa ko valid medcert. I was placed on floating status for weeks pero I did not get any admin hearing from HR. Sige ko adto office everyday, dili ko palog inon kai i Manual ra daw until one day nakadawat mi ug NOD (Notice of Dismissal/decision) na terminated nako kai wala daw ko motunga ug hearings.
