Hi. I am from Catapult and I would like to clarify a few things here:

1. Dili muhatag ug feedback sa result sa exam.

In my 3 years of employment, wala pa ko kadungog ug company nga mu-feedback sa mga wala kapasar nga "Hey, Im sorry wala ka kapasar. Move on na lang." Lol. No, it doesnt work that way.

2. Luto na daan ang mga ni-apply

Naay uban ni-apply na gi-refer sa mga taga diri pero dili pasabot nga dawat na sila. Naay daghan gipang-refer nga wala nangadawat simply because wala sila kapasar. Period. Naa man pud gani diri nga sa online ra ni-apply pero mao pay nangadawat. It all depends on their performance and skill sets sa exam ug interview.
