Murag dili tingale bro, ang dili ganahan ni Duterte kanang corrupt, walay daghan istorya tanggal.. As far as I know dili man corrupt si Aguirre, so probably dili.

Wait and see lang ta ani.

as long as maka communicate pa na ang mga drug lords padung gawas, by any means outside sa munti lisod jud na mahipos ilang nigosyo.

and if maApprove na IN SHALLAH!
The lay-out of structures and 'establishments' which were made/funded by the likes of Jaybee Sebastian? It is susceptible to rampant activities such as that. (Watch National Geographic documentary during De Lima's time as DOJ sec)

Demolishing Bilibid and building a new one with a good lay-out, structural integrity and security would be good. And the prisoners will be raffled off randomly to other prisons while the new prison is being built.

Also, PH justice system is sooo slow. A person caught red-handed for the third time should already be meted with punishment without going to the courts. You know for crime survivors, going to the court proceedings to re-tell the horrible experiences at the hands of the criminals, be questioned again and again and looked upon like they are lying and are the criminals instead and having to look at the criminal again, and again, and again - its degrading, its reliving the crime, its dying over and over and over again! IT IS NOT A CIRCUS TO BE ENJOYED YOU ASS LAWYERS AND JOURNOS!

Execute them one by one.

the real problem is the syndicate outside of the jail... their is always a candicate for the next drug lord as long as the syndicate is alive

Katong kubol ni JB mao toy dapat edemolish, not the whole bilibid.

Demolishing Bilibid and building a new one with a good lay-out, structural integrity and security would be good. And the prisoners will be raffled off randomly to other prisons while the new prison is being built.
Demolish bilibid = Yes I agree, but only those prison cells where high-profile inmates are living, like JB Sebastian.

Building new bilibid while prisoners will be raffled off randomly to other prisons while the new prison is being built.
IMHO, since the war on drugs have started, more and more are coming in prison cells daily. Giving the police a headache as to where to put the new convicts. I think it would be good to keep the old one (Renovation must) and create new one (New big prison cell with much tighter security). The main problem in BILIBID is, no matter how tight the security is, if they (high-profile inmates) can still bribe anyone, whether it may police or politics, the drug menace will continue AGAIN and AGAIN.
