For me Verbal or Written still a form of contract.
1. Papahuwaon na gud na sila and don't expect nalang na bayran ang 8months at least maka move on ka...
2. If dili sila mo hawa voluntarily, then filing ejectment case and spend money for a lawyer would be the best and legal way.
3. If you don't want to spend money for a lawyer, then harassment is the next option... they will not file harassment case because they cannot even pay the 8months rent how much more a lawyer.
Next time protect your interest first...

kung dili pa hawa-on bossing, kaya nimo 9 months dili mo bayad? cycle goes on and on... delaying your agony raka ana. kung naa mo kontrata didto mo mag base ug storya ana. if walay kontrata and all docs points to you as owner, pwede man gani ka maka claim nga trespassing cla and pangita-i cla ug document nga cla ang nag puyo diha... grabeha pud ni abot ug 8 months ayha pa ni action? 3 or 4 months overdue is way bend over backwards naman yata for me![]()
