ako lang, on a personal level, i'm not really affected by this law, since i'm a member of the old generation who doesn't rely too much on my smart fone.

i'm one who sets my appointments and try to be there on time.

New Generation or the Millenials are all special snowflakes. The term was actually coined for them. Well, naay mga dili tantong reklamador but anything relatively under the sun is invading their private space nowadays. A simple law as this is already "authoritative" according to them.

Lack of military service or general public service is one cause. Social media is also detrimental regarding personal preferences.
