Default Duterte declares martial law in Mindanao amid clashes

Philippines: Duterte declares martial law in Mindanao

(CNN) Deadly clashes erupted between government troops and Islamist militants Tuesday in the southern city of Marawi, prompting Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte to declare martial law there and the rest of the island of Mindanao, the state-run Philippines News Agency reported. Duterte is cutting short an official visit to Moscow because of the clashes, PNA reported.

It's ok. It should've been under it a long time ago coz pacifying those insurgents right there doesn't end overnight. This is not the Marcos' type of Matial Law. Yellowtards are against this decision I suppose. I just saw them slurring everywhere in social media talking sh!t to Duterte as if they can do better. These smartasses dont know when to shut their mouth - overly outspoken to the point of being arrogant.

If only neighboring countries i.e. Indonesia and Malaysia, are willing to take part of this issue. The fvcking ISIS crew(s) came from their islands and are not even Mindanaoans to begin with.

Nuke the lowest parts of Mindanao. Doesn't matter if "innocents" are sacrificed. All children there are offsprings of those damn terrorists and are groomed to be one as well.

    Peace out.

Ang daming nagrereklamo, hindi naman taga mindanao.. as if directly affected sila..

I lived in a place na laging magulo not far from marawi and lanao del sur. Naranasan ko na rin ma-hold sa daan, i have seen young men carrying armalites, gunfire and bombings are not new, always vigilant and prepared to run. Kaya bilang taga mindanao, I/ we fully support this decision of martial law.. its time to eliminate them all..

What is there to fear? Na mag abuse ug power ang militar? I have close friends and classmates in the military. Pnp, Afp, marines. Personally, i dont think mang aabuso sila.. they are very loyal to du30, they will give their lives to protect the president and the nation.

Wag na sana to haluan ng politika.. instead magkaisa para sa kabutihan ng buong mindanao at ng buong bansa.
