    Default Share your own Version of Steam Rice (dimsum style)

    ga try2 kog buhat pero palpak japun (please kill me) sum-olan ko's lasa naa muy suggestion dha?

    so far mao ni akong gi gamit nga ingredients:

    • soy sauce
    • oyster sauce
    • condensed milk
    • pork loin or bisag unsa pwede ra belly
    • mushroom
    • green peas (palit ra kog de lata)
    • pepper
    • corn starch
    • fried rice nga gigamitan ug oyster sauce


    bahalag d jd pareha sa dimsum bisag mao2 lang ug lasa sa braddex, pang food trip ra gd
    basin nay mga expert dha? tabangi ko please bitaw ni

    Apili kaha ug rice wine and sesame oil.. nya pork stock..

    kanang knorr cubes na chicken nya sesame oil para makuha nimo ang iyang humot. then mas lami pag naa puy minced onions para tam-is tam-is gamay

    akong home-made version:





    ingedients:
    pork (250 grams or more, depende ninyo)
    cornstarch (1 1/2-2 tablespoons)
    soy sauce (1-2 teaspoons)
    black pepper (1/2-1 teaspoon)
    vegetable oil (2 tablespoons)
    onion (medium, minced)
    garlic (2-3 cloves, minced)
    salt
    chicken/beef stock (made from 2chicken+1beef cubes, dissolved in 3 cups hot water)
    Worcestershire sauce / oyster sauce (2 tablespoons)
    cornstarch (2 teaspoon) dissolved in water (1 cup)
    green peas
    mushroom (sliced)

    - timplahan daan ang pork: mix pork, soy sauce, cornstarch, and pepper; marinate for 30 minutes.
    - saute onions, then garlic, until mohumot or translucent na cya
    - add dayon ang pork nga gi marinate
    - stir-fry until murag mausab iyang color, kanang murag luto na cya
    - isagol ang chicken/beef stock
    - timplahan gamit ang Worcestershire sauce / oyster sauce, salt, pepper
    - isagol ang dissolved cornstarch
    - mix well
    - simmer for 5-10 minutes
    - add ang peas and mushroom
    - simmer for another 3-5 minutes
    - done

    @jasonrey dili ka mo gamit ang pangpa tam-is? dili lain ug lasa if wlay gamay nga tam-is?
