RX 480 Installation Problem! Tabang!

So I just bought Rx 480. Akong giinstall ang latest driver nga akong gidownload from their website (the card came with cd pero wa koy cd-rom).

After the installation, it required to restart my pc. Pagrestart nako kay kutob ra siya sa windows loading then mapawng akong monitor but I know nga niload akong desktop kay madungog man nako sa akong speaker ang startup sound.

Akong gisuwayan in safe mode and okay ra akong monitor so I uninstalled the driver in safe mode and nabalik ra sa normal akong pc.

Then nisuway ko ug install ug previous driver but same thing happened.

PC Specs:
Mobo: H81m-DS2
VidCard: Rx 480 8gb gddr5
Proc: i5 4460
OS: Windows 7 64 bit
Ram: 8gb

Any idea ug unsay problema? Tabang experts.

uhm. bag-o pa bai. I doubt nga ang gpu maoy guba kay naa man koy mga nabasahan nga same issue pero naoky ra after nila ug install sa outdated driver.

sometimes..latest doesn't always means the best...try using Catalyst 14.12...

I know this problem very well...
your problem is your MONITOR!, your video card is setting it to a resolution/refresh rate that your monitor cant handle.

to fix it, reboot and access windows boot options and select "Enable Low-Resolution Video", if you are in desktop, test/experiment with resolution/color/refresh rate that will work with your monitor or until you are satisfied with it.
