Iran -- the mullahs of Iran hate western ideology because it's in direct contrast to what they've established, a theocratic Islamic regime.
Iraq and Syria -- stronghold of ISIS, HQ of the Islamic caliphate
Libya -- another country with major ISIS presence
Sudan -- base of Al Qaeda operations under bin Laden for a number of years and where Al Qaeda presence is still strong
Yemen -- another Al Qaeda stronghold

Unya sa akong pagsabot, the govts of Pakistan, KSA, Egypt and the UAE (along with Jordan) are actually conducting aggressive campaigns against the Jihadists, and the Jihadists hate them just as much as they hate the infidel West, calling them apostates for even considering a "working relationship" with the US...and of course, not aligning themselves with ISIS in their holy war.

    U
I will give you some ideas and dig it if you have time.

Iran -- Shah was a puppet of USA after CIA backed coup.
Iraq and Syria -- Hello WMD = ISIS aka Saddam's loyalist officers.
Libya -- Was the richest country in Africa until the West imports democracy.

@flanker -- mao lagi, Iran is an enemy of the US because of its theocratic Islamic regime, unya karon naa pa sila nuclear capability, and I'm sure the mullahs are sympathetic to ISIS, because they believe in the same end-goal, that Islam in the one true religion and that it should encompass all areas of life, whether it be politics or government or the economy, and that it should be in every corner of the globe.
Iraq and Syria -- tinuod btaw nga naay WMD capability ang Iraq, didn't Saddam use these weapons on his own people? The U.S. never should have invaded Iraq, but after the U.S. destroyed Al Qaeda strongholds in Afghanistan, bin Laden was up in the wind, and the U.S. had Intel that Saddam and bin Laden were "talking", perhaps united in their mutual hatred of the U.S. So na paranoid si Bush and thought if Saddam and bin Laden developed a "relationship" then perhaps it's not too far-fetched that Saddam might eventually provide WMDs to Al Qaeda, which they can then use to launch another attack on US soil, worse than 9/11...ISIS is an offshoot of Al Qaeda, Al-Zarqawi off course exploited those Iraqi officers' hatred of the US
Libya -- the US wants to spread its western ideology of capitalistic democracy because that's the only way to neutralize the threat from enemy countries of opposing ideologies that want to destabilize America. It makes sense.

Thank you for the reply. But you're totally out of touch from the reality. Sorry

-Iran and Isis hate each other
-The US never found any WMDs
-When did Libya destabilized or attack The US mainland?

Do you know that most of the 911 terrorists are from Saudi?

    You should dig more.

I agree. The house of Sauds and sn 18th century philopher called Wahab who supported the house of sauds on the understanding that the house of Sauds will peomulgate and finance wahabi.

Today wahabi teaching is the official state sponsored form of Sunni Islam. wahabism is the base of Isil and it has two component parts, Salafi is the Ultra conversative Saudi brand of Salafism. Wahabism, as well has been accused of being the source of Global terrorism.

More info in Wahhabism on wikipedia.

    ////////////////////////

    1) Turkey:
Turkey was fighting Assad in Syria, but the Kurds to the north were a serious threat to their territorial integrity. As such, they helped ISIS fight the kurds to the north as well. But to assuage Western powers, they made a show of fighting ISIS as well.
    2) Saudi:
Saudi is actively funding ISIS to push back Iranian allied Syria and Iraq and force Iran into a perpetual war with ISIS. This is because the Gulf allies are terrified of being surrounded by the Iranian led alliance of Iran, Syria, Iraq, and Yemen. It therefore needs to ally with groups like ISIS and Al Qaeda to force Iran into perpetual war and keep it from cementing that alliance.
    3) Iran:
Iran wants to fight ISIS. It really does. It's probably the most active in fighting ISIS. But it can't make a death blow to ISIS yet, because of Iraq and Russia.
    4) Russia:
ISIS is extremely useful to Russia. As long as ISIS remains a force, it provides Russia diplomatic cover for its activities in support of Assad as long as it can shove a few bombs towards ISIS and say that it's there for terrorism. Therefore, Russia NEEDS ISIS to assist its ally Assad.
    5) Iraq:
Iraq is a key ally to Iran, and ISIS is an existential threat to the Shia regime there. BUT airpower is extremely limited in efficacy, Iraq doesn't have a strong enough ground force to take ISIS on itself, the US won't allow the only other real enemy of ISIS (Iran) into Iraq en masse to defeat ISIS, and the other members of the anti-ISIS coalition see ISIS as to useful to destroy just yet
    6) The US and the Western Allies:
This is where things get really fun. The West wants to defeat ISIS. But to do so would effectively hand Syria to Russia\ and Iraq to Iran, making a giant power block from Iran to Syria and Yemen to the south. So it wants to use Iraqi ground forces to force ISIS into Syria and let them fight it out in the Syrian civil war, while putting diplo pressure on Iraq to break its ties with Iran and try to isolate Iran diplomatically.

gubuta gyud btaw sa middle east (west asia/north africa). i barely know anything about it but i've had wondered before if that region has always been that fcked up as it is today. turns out britain/france/US played a huge role in it diay, and after effect nlng ang ubang isyu nga nag sanga2. ug sa cancer pa, ni metastasize. details were too much for me to take in and i'm not fully invested in it to begin with. but it's quite fascinating to imagine how complicated their set up is.

as for trump, i couldn't care less about him ky it's none of my business and i'm not a US citizen. lol. but i do laud his blunt demeanor to a degree. while i do not agree on everything he says, few of his words do hold some truth in it. but their media is exaggerating/manipulating the landscape just as how they presented/sold obama as the good guy.

    the world is ugly.

@flanker -- there's an Arabic concept called "taqiyya", I'm sure familiar si @marius ana

Also, there's an Arabic saying, "the enemy of my enemy is my friend"

Also, the issues with the Middle East and jihadists and Islam in general is not really about who's Shia or who's Sunni...it is more important to look at Sufi Islam and Salafi Islam, in context with what's going on in that area right now.

@marius now I know ngano nag convert ka LOL

In Paradise: When the Muslim enters the room to have *** with the first lady of the 72 hur (beautiful ladies with wide eyes and white skin), he will find her waiting on the bed … He will not become bored at having *** with her and she will not become bored of having *** with him … and every time he has *** with her he will find her a virgin again … and his ***** will never relax (i.e. will be continuously erect) after the coitus … Some disciples asked the prophet, “Are we going to have *** in the Paradise…?” Muhammad said “Yes, and I swear with the name of the one who controls my soul and body (Allah) that every time the man will finish his turn at *** with her … she will return back a virgin.” Tafsir ibn Kathir
